Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Castle Rock, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a swimming pool.

The Miller Activity Complex (MAC) pool area is one of the Town’s most popular recreational amenities, and planned updates will ensure it continues to provide a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experience for patrons. The roll-up door to the outdoor patio, in service for more than a decade, will be replaced with a modern, reliable model that improves functionality and maintains safe access to outdoor spaces. In addition, the pool deck will be refreshed with a high-quality textured coating in high-traffic areas. This enhancement will restore traction, reduce slip potential, and create a more comfortable and secure environment for families and guests. As of December 12, 2025, this project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Further information regarding a design firm and timeline for construction has not yet been established. Funding is allotted for FY 2027-2029. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
