Construction is expected to begin in April of 2026. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Owner is leasing approximately 67,230 rentable square feet of space on levels 21, 22, and 23 of the Fannin Tower located at 6624 Fannin Street, Houston, TX. The successful Respondent (Project A/E) will provide architectural/engineering services for the demolition and reconstruction of levels 21, 22, and 23. The newly renovated space will house ambulatory programs relocating to the Fannin Tower from Owner's Main Building, Mays Clinic and Duncan Building. The Project Scope includes the demolition of existing space and construction of new clinical care environments to support programs such as Cancer Prevention, Diagnostic Imaging, and Diagnostic Lab Services. The Preliminary Project Cost (PPC) for the Project is $ 53,000,000. The PPC includes a Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for the Project Architect/Engineer of $ 35,000,000. Fees, furnishings, equipment, other work, miscellaneous expenses, and contingencies make up the balance of the PPC. Owner may evaluate the Qualifications based on the anticipated completion of all or any portion of the Project.
