Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roxboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of work for the first Request for Proposal (the RFP) is construction of the following Park Amenities: Park Restroom Facility (750 gal./day) Septic Tank Requirements: Tank Size: 1500 gal. Pump Tank: 1500 gal. Drainfield Specifications: Total Area 2250 sq. ft Total Length: 750 ft. Downslope Trench Depth: 18 in. Trench Width: 3 ft Min Soil cover: 6in. Min Trench Separation: 9 ft. Distribution: Pressure Manifold (See site attached design sheets) Cut-off for Submitted Questions. Service Providers/Contractor are permitted to submit written questions to the County, but only for purpose of clarifying this RFP. Questions should reference the RFP page and topic number. Email : Johnhill@personcountync.gov Question Deadline 02/18/2025 The Person County Board of Commissioners shall award the contract based on the County's determination as to which Contractor is the lowest responsible bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the contract. We reserve the right to reject any or all proposals. You are being asked to submit a proposal in a sealed envelope in accordance with the attached specifications and within the terms and conditions herein set forth.
