Reference Number 0000375520 Delivery Point 6289 Frenchs Mill Rd, Altamont, NY 12009 Detailed Specifications for installing furnaces at the Transfer Station (1) It is the intent of this bid proposal to solicit bids for all materials and labor to install 2 propane furnaces and two mini splits at the Town's Transfer Station, as requested by the Superintendent of the Transfer Station. The successful bidder awarded this contract shall be hereinafter referred to "THE CONTRACTOR". (2) The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and materials to perform all work, including any electrical, concrete, and plumbing needed. (3) The contractor shall provide the Town with proof of insurance prior to execution of this contract. (4) All bids must contain a Non-Collusion Bidding Certificate per section l03-D of the General Municipal Law and a Waiver of Immunity Clause. (5) The Town of Guilderland reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids if it is in their best interest. (6) The contractor shall receive payment no later than (30) days from the invoice date.
