Omaha City Clerk Will Receive Sealed Bids Until Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. For Douglas Co. Project No. C-28(478) Q Street Improvements, 192nd to 204th (Grading, Paving, Storm Sewer, Box Culvert and Traffic Signal Construction). Bidders must complete all required fields. Bids must be electronically filed on or before the bid closing date and time listed above. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 at 2:00 PM CT As evidence of good faith in submitting a proposal for this work, the bidder must upload a copy of a certified check or bid bond, made payable to Douglas County in the sum of 5% of the bid. The original document must be received by City Clerk within seven (7) business days of the closing date and time indicated. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Surety Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract. The Board of Douglas County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
