Renovation of a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Gretna High School & Giles Creek Middle School Auditorium Lighting & Rigging Bids from qualified contractors to provide auditorium lighting and rigging systems at Gretna High School, located at 11335 South 204th Street, Gretna, NE 68028 and Giles Creek Middle School located at 19075 Giles Road, Omaha, Nebraska 68136. The School District hereby invites interested qualified contractors to submit bids for the requested scope of work. The project scope includes the removal and replacement of auditorium lighting and rigging systems at Gretna High School and installation of new auditorium lighting fixtures at the new Giles Creek Middle School. The scope will include the removal of all demolished materials, coordination with the school districts electrical contractor for the relocation or installation of electrical and low voltage pathways, conduits, conductors and devices as required for the completed installation of specified systems. The electrical contractor will be retained and paid directly by the Gretna Public School District. The School reserves the right to reject any and all bids received that are not deemed to be in the best interests of the School. The School further reserves the right to cancel or amend the request for bids at any time and will notify all persons requesting bid documents accordingly.
