52.232-18 Availability of Funds - Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Site Visit: 20 February 2025 @1000 HST Site Visit Location: 560 Central Ave, Building 287, JBPHH, HI 96860 Questions due: 27 February 2025 @1400 HST The offeror shall e-mail questions concerning sensitive technology to the Department of State at CISADA106@state.gov Quotes Due: 06 March 2025 @ 1400 HST Pending the availability of funds; the award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The objective of this SOO is for a contractor to furnish, install, and test a fully functional SIPR Secure Video Teleconferencing (VTC) System Hickam located at 1101 Long Way, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Building 287. This project aims to modernize the existing VTC system to meet the increasing demand for secure video conferencing and enhance mission situational awareness.
