The City and County of Honolulu ("City") is requesting competitive sealed bids to perform work for a project known as Rock Slide Mitigative Improvements at St Louis Drive, Site 057-A for the Department of Design and Construction. The project is to mitigate rockfall hazards along St Louis Drive. The project includes, but is not limited to: vegetation clearing, rock slope scaling, and installing grouted anchors and shotcrete with sculpted finish. Pursuant to Chapter 103D-303.5 of the Hawaii Revised Statues, a non-mandatory pre-bid conference shall be held for construction or design-build projects with a total estimated contract value of $500,000.00 or more.
