Estimated Cost: $560,000.00 Offerors shall be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of Contractors. Pursuant to Section 3-122-16.05 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules, a pre-bid conference shall be held for construction or design-build projects with a total estimated contract value of $500,000.00 or more. The CITY will accept requests for substitution submitted electronically to bfspurchasinci@honolulu.qov. All requests shall be received no later than February 14, 2025. Requests received after this date may not be given consideration. Last Day for Issuance of Addenda February 28, 2025 2.10 Performance and Payment Bonds. Offeror shall include in its price, all costs to meet the bond requirements of a project. (a) Goods or Services projects Contract performance and payment bonds shall only be required for Goods or Services projects when specified in the solicitation. (b) Construction projects Contract performance and payment bonds shall be required for all Construction projects greater than $50,000.00 and shall be one hundred percent of the contract amount. A bid security shall NOT be required for Construction projects. Bid Security Amount. Bid security amount shall be equal to at least five percent of the Offeror's total bid amount. That the time of completion for the Basic Bid shall be within _400_ consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed and shall include provisions for the following: a. Submittals of shop drawings and materials for City review and approval. Submittals shall commence within 15 calendar days from the date of Notice To Proceed (NTP) and procurement of long lead items shall commence immediately after approval of required submittals.
