Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dundalk, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of March 3,2025 the project was awarded to Shertine Construction Limited but the awarded amount is not available. The Bluewater District School Board (BWDSB) is requesting qualified Construction Management companies to submit a response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Construction Management Services at Dundalk and Proton Community School. Phase One - $2,000,000. Construction is expected to commence on or around June 30, 2025, or as otherwise directed by the Board. The project shall achieve substantial completion prior to August 29, 2025, and 100% completion by October 03, 2025 unless otherwise approved by Bluewater District School Board. Phase Two - $3,000,000. Phase Two is expected to take place during July & August of 2026 and will run on a similar schedule as Phase One, as determined by the Board.
