MODY is requesting quotations for the complete cost to perform the cleaning and video inspection of various Municipal Sewer lines and pump stations. This work is to include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide a complete package. This RFQ will be for three (3) years beginning in 2025 and the following years 2026 & 2027. Each year's cleaning and video inspection will be laid out in the following scope of work. This RFQ is for the provision of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the cleaning and video inspection of the Municipal sewer lines and pump stations as listed below. Note: MODY intends to clean the systems as listed each year but reserves the right to change or alter locations to another system if so, required for maintenance purposes. The Contractor shall be responsible for exposing and removing the manhole covers and reinstalling all covers when completed. Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 36
