Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oxford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Roadway and Pedestrian Improvements. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work under this Contract consists of the construction of new Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) sidewalk and curbing along Monument Drive reclaiming and paving Corbin Road, Camp Hill Drive, Gardner Street, Monument Drive from Charlton Street to Corbin Road, and all other work auxiliary to sidewalk installation, reclamation, and paving operations . The work includes but is not limited to earth excavation, full depth hot mix asphalt pavement patching, installation of granite and HMA curbing, minor drainage system modifications, constructing cement concrete wheelchair ramps, HMA sidewalks, removal and resetting of traffic signs, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous work as shown on the plans. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as specified herein. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the Roadway and Pedestrian Improvements - H-25-01 Project, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement.
