Middle School Boiler Replacment - Bid No. Fm-24-11 Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, or a Certified Check, Cash, a Treasurer's or Cashier's Check Issued by a Responsible Bank or Trust Company, Payable to the Town of Oxford. A Bid Bond Shall Be (a) in a Form Satisfactory to the Awarding Authority, (B) With a Surety Company Qualified to Do Business in the Commonwealth and Satisfactory to the Awarding Authority and (C) Conditioned Upon the Faithful Performance by the Principal of the Agreements Contained in the Bid. The Amount of the Bid Security Shall Be at Least Equal to 5% of the Amount of the Bid. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Director of Facilities at 450 Main Street, Oxford, MA 01540 Question Deadline 10/24/2024 The successful general bidder must agree to complete the project before November 30, 2024 The Town of Oxford Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality, to Accept or Reject, in Whole or in Part Any or All Bids Received, and to Award the Contract to Any of the Contractors Bidding on the Work or Take Whatever Other Action May Be Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Town. The Town of Oxford is an Affirmative Action/equal Opportunity Owner/purchaser.
