**As of April 07, 2025, the project was awarded to Rehab Construction Company Inc., with an awarded amount of $420,706.13.** DBE/MBE Participation 2.5% WBE Participation 3% Question Deadline 03/05/2025 Submit questions not less than 2 days before date set for receipt of Bids. The Project is generally described as follows: Construction of improvements to the existing pipe gallery for filter cells 1, 2and 3 and the Tallassee Water Treatment Plant including removal and replacement of existing isolation valves, removal and replacement of existing backwash piping, removal and replacement of existing piping and valve supports, and associated piping modifications. The Owner requires the Project to be completed in 120 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashiers check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than$10,000.00.
