A timeline for award has not yet been established.** the reconstruction and elimination of bunkers at the Blackberry Trail Golf Course for The Florence Parks & Recreation Department, Florence, Alabama . Pre-qualification of bidders is not required. Each bidder shall file with his bid a bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid amount up to a maximum of $10,000.00, payable to the City of Florence, Alabama. Each bidder must file either a cashier's check drawn on an Alabama Bank or a bid bond executed by a surety company duly authorized and qualified to make bonds in the State of Alabama. For contracts in excess of$50,000.00, the successful bidder will be required to furnish, at the time of the signing of the contract, a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% the contract price. Also, a Payment Bond will be required in the amount of 50% of the contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60)days from the date set for receiving of the same.
