The City seeks competitive bids for supply and delivery of various concrete grade rings and pre-cast manhole sections on an "as required" basis during for an initial one (1) year term with two, one (1) year optional terms, conditions and specifications (Section 1330 - Manhole & Catch basin Construction, Annex C of this document) and found in the "City of Regina Standard Construction Specification Manual". Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: oChapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement oChapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement oArticle 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
