Building Envelope Repairs and Skylight Replacement at Salome Urena Elementary School Instructions for registering are obtainable beginning Wednesday, February 5, 2025 through the Newark Board of Education website All Bidders proposing to bid shall be classified in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-27, as to the character and amount of public work on which they shall be qualified to submit a bid by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC). Bidders shall also be registered pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. and shall provide a valid and current registration certificate with its bid as to the bidder and all subcontractors. Award of contract may be supported by federal funds. The Board of Education reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all proposals and waive non-material irregularities in a proposal.
