Electrical, Resilient Flooring, Painting Interior renovations to the Stoneham Library. The work is estimated to cost $396,000 (including Add Alternate No. 1). The Stoneham Public Library is located at 431 Main Street, Stoneham, MA 02180. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate General Bids and Sub-bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit That is Not Less Than Five (5%) of The Greatest Possible Bid Amount And Made Payable to the Town Of Stoneham, Labor & Materials Payment Bond and Contract Price Performance Bond Shall Be Included With the Bid and Shall Be For One Hundred Percent (100%) Of Contract Price. Interpretation of the provisions of the Bidding Documents will be made by the Architect, GORMAN RICHARDSON LEWIS ARCHITECTS (GRLA), attention: Rebecca Burlingame, Director of Interior Design, rburlinqame@qrlarchitects.com upon written request of any Bidder, provided that such request is received by the Architect at least five (5) business days prior to date of applicable proposal opening All Requests for Information or questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents must be emailed to Ms. April Lanni at alannitastoneham-ma.aov by Friday, June 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
