The scope of work generally consists of the cleaning and televising of approximately 92,000 linear feet of gravity sewer lines, smoke testing approximately 40,000 linear feet of gravity sewer lines, and inspection of about 280 manholes with all appurtenances thereto. All Bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids.
