Renovation of an educational facility in Kingston, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Concrete Polishing in Shop Classes at Midway High School and Rockwood High School 530 Loudon Hwy, Kingston, TN 37763 and 512 W. Rockwood Street, Rockwood, TN 37854. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended if bid price exceeds $25,000. If bidding over $25,000 a 5% bid bond is required. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material, and/or supply needs. Contract Period If awarded, the contract period for this award shall be a one-year period. Contract pricing shall be firm for one (1) year.
