Roane County is inviting sealed bids for Roane County Courthouse Restroom Renovation subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Invitation to Bid, the bid specifications and the Roane County Purchasing Manual. This bid is being done in connection with the County's projects that are being funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Project: Roane County Courthouse Restroom Renovation 200 East Race Street, Kingston, Tennessee 37763 The selected contractor must be registered online. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended if bid price exceeds $25,000. If bidding over $25,000 a 5% bid bond is required. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material, and/or supply needs.
