Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description: Greenhouses for four (4) Roane County Schools. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended if bid price exceeds $25,000. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material, and/or supply needs. Roane County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and hereby, notifies all Bidders will be afforded the full opportunity to submit bids in a response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual preference, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status in consideration for an award. Roane County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and does not guarantee that a contract will result from this ITB. Roane County reserves the right to award to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to all the material terms and conditions of the ITB, is the lowest in price. questions regarding the specifications or bid procedures must be received by the Purchasing Agent and/or designer no less than ninety-six (96) hours before the bid opening date. No addenda will be issued within less than forty-eight (48) hours of the bid opening day, All questions concerning the ITB are to be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department. Information obtained from any other source is not to be considered binding.
