Garage Building for Gallaher Road Ambulance Station.Roane County is inviting sealed bids to furnish and install a GARAGE BUILDING subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Invitation to Bid, the bid specifications and the Roane County Purchasing Manual. This bid is being done in connection with the County's projects that are being funded the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended if bid price exceeds $25,000. If bidding over $25,000 a 5% bid bond is required. Performance and payment bonds in the total amount of the contract are required. Roane County Government hereby notifies all bidders, that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the basis of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability in consideration for an award.
