NEEDMaintain green areas within Outlots A thru I, the Right-Of-Way along F Street, 216th Street and the traffic circle located at 213th and I Street. Also maintain phase 3 which includes Outlot A (in PH 3) and the Right Of Way along 216th Street. This maintenance shall include all mowing, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, cleanup, snow removal, ice removal, and all work that may be considered incidental thereto.
