Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Chicago, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 85,000-square-foot educational facility.
Acting as the Construction Manager for the Millard Public Schools Foundation Activity Center BP 1 in Omaha, NE., Sampson Construction invites you to submit a bid for this project. Bid Package 1 consists of Site Grading and SWPPP for a new 85,000sf Activity Center in West Omaha. All grading contractors bidding are to include all site SWPP Plan items as well in their proposals. Rework of site grading for Exterior Paving in Spring of 2026. Grading would commence around the end of June 2025 with building pad completion for footings needed by 8/1/2025. The Project is TAXABLE Question Deadline 05/08/2025 Bidders and Sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which must reach the Construction Manager at least four business (4) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
