2025 Highway Construction and Maintenance Materials and Services Department: Clark County Highway Department, 511 W South Street, Loyal, WI 54446. Clark County is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the following: o Pulverize approximately 203,069 Square Yards of existing asphalt surface o Millings approximately 583 Square Yards of existing asphalt surface o Hot Mix Asphalt - Supply approximately 34,940 Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt o Aggregate- Supply approximately 13,415 Tons of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Specification Gradation 3/4" Crushed Aggregate Base Course o Supply approximately 7,000 Tons Screened / Washed Sand o Supply approximately 3,826 Tons 1/4" Wa shed Seal Coat Aggregate Chips, Washed FA2 o Supply and Apply approximately 128,677 Gallons of HFRS-2 Emulsion Asphalt Bids shall conform to the requirements of the Instructions and Terms, Standard Terms and Conditions, Specifications and Certificate. Funding for services and materials may include, but not be limited, to projects involved with GTA, TAX LEVY, STP RURAL, LRIP, RMA, DMA and PBM. The vendor is solely responsible to ensure bids are received before the deadline at the designated location. Clark County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and waive any technicalities.
