A/E CONTRACT NO. GS-05P-1 5-FA-D-005 The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to contract the procurement for the addition of security glazing storefronts on the interior of ground level windows along the east plaza, the replacement of the exterior doors and the replacement of entry doors in the rotunda in order to provide additional security against forced entry at the Carl B Stokes U.S. Courthouse, 810 W. Superior Ave Cleveland, Ohio 44113-1829. The performance period is 173 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost range is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 million. This is a negotiated, best value procurement. Proposals will be evaluated on the following factors: past performance, experience and price. The technical factors will be more important than price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
