Renovation of a municipal facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) is currently soliciting bids for QUALIFIED ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR(S) services for Electrical Panel Replacements of Thirty (30) vacant units at our 4th Ave. East Lake Courts property. Please refer to attached files to complete the bid package. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A Bid Bond will be required for contracts that are more than $100,000. The successful bidder(s) for projects over $100,000 will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Payment and Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond. When a Payment and Performance bond is required or applicable, the actual cost of the Payment and Performance Bond will be the responsibility of the contractor to include in base bid and will not be reimbursed by owner. Each bidder of a contract totaling greater than $100,000 shall accompany his / her bid with a signed certificate from a Surety Company acceptable to the Owner stating that such surety will provide the bidder, if awarded the Contract, with required Payment and Performance Bonds.
