Set Point Control Implementation Phase V - Package 1 This project includes improvements to six delivery site locations throughout Collin County. The project sites include East Fork No. 1, East Fork No. 2, Fairview No. 2, Lucas No. 3, and Wylie NE No. 1. Reference sheet G00-03 in the construction plans for a location map. East Fork No.1, East Fork No. 2, Fairview No. 2, and Wylie NE No. 1 improvements consist primarily of replacing equipment inside of existing vaults. Construction at these sites include a control valve, electromagnetic meter, replace-in-place yard piping improvements, isolation valves, as well as electrical and instrumentation improvements to existing electrical rooms. Improvements at these sites also include the implementation of a temporary bypass system during the construction of the improvements stated above. The Lucas No. 3 site improvements consist of the construction of a new meter vault and yard piping. The construction will include the equipment listed for the other sites along with a cast-in-place vault, precast concrete building, site and grading improvements, and a new connection into an existing NTMWD 72-inch transmission line.
