The Town of Lenox is requesting proposals from qualified equipment Vendors to furnish a Ultraviolet Disinfection System and Appurtenances, to be incorporated in the planned WWTP Upgrades Project This RFP is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B 6 for the procurement of goods and services. The Town reserves the right and fully intends to assign any agreement awarded under this RFP. This project is subject to Build America Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to only award a contract if it is in the best interest of the public to do so.
