Lenox WWTP Upgrades Project - Sub Bid Town of Lenox, MA (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Lenox WWTP Upgrades Project The Project includes upgrades to the headworks, addition of a new tertiary treatment system for phosphorous removal in a new tertiary building, UV disinfection upgrades, and ancillary upgrades including site paving, electrical improvements, and plant water system improvements. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $36,153,000 . Sub-Bids will be received for the following items of work - Electrical Work - Masonry Work - Metal Windows - Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron - Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning - Painting - Roofing and Flashing - Waterproofing, Damp-proofing, and Caulking - Plumbing_ Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project. It is the responsibility of the Contractor, before Bid opening, to request if necessary, any additional information on Minimum Wage Rates for those trades people who may be employed for the proposed Work under this Contract. All Bids for this project are subject to and will be evaluated and awarded in accordance the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A - 44J inclusive, as amended.
