Site work and paving for a civil project in Madison, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Double Bridges Road Bridge Culvert Project SCOPE OF WORK: (a) Contractor will furnish all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the demolition of the damaged sections of the bridge culvert. (b) Contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of all demolition debris. (c) Contractor will be responsible for any renovation and rehabilitation of the remaining original structure to ensure compatibility with section to be replaced. (d) Contractor will be responsible for the replacement of the damaged section of the bridge culvert to current GDOT standard and within the current footprint and design. (e) Contractor will be responsible for following all local, state and federal guidelines during demolition, debris removal, and construction relating to safety, building standards, and environmental protection. (f) Time allowance for project completion is not to exceed 90 days from the date of the award. (g) Payment will be made upon project completion. Oglethorpe County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject one or all bids.
