Bids for the construction of the following Project: Elementary School Heat Pumps and Cooling Tower Improvements The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing of all the materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, services and documentation as required by the Contract Documents. The work generally includes the removal and replacement of approximately 32 heat pumps and procurement of 2 spare heat pumps and removal and replacement of existing cooling tower, electrical improvements, control improvements and other work all as contained in the Contract Documents. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form (separate Bid package) and accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid amount. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish both a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the full amount of the contract price. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who, at the time of submitting a Bid, was not properly licensed under the provisions of Chapter 624 of NRS or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidders license.
