Contract Time: 325 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $2,200.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the 'NDOC Contractor Background Check Application' and the 'NDOC Security Regulations Acknowledgment Form' a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date.
