The Project has an expected duration of 120 calendar days. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The City reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all proposals for any reason determined to be in the best interest of the City, except for the purpose of evading the bid laws. If awarded, the project will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals (if required to be specified).
