Henderson County is accepting qualifications for the Henderson County Judiciary Complex Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing Services. All bids are to be sealed, hard copies, and hand delivered, or sent by mail. All envelopes should be clearly marked: RFQ: Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing Services Henderson County Judiciary Complex. This facility will be located on the existing Henderson County Courthouse and Detention Center property at 200 N. Grove Street, Hendersonville, NC, 28792. This project is a renovation and addition project to the existing Henderson County Courthouse and Detention Center and the project is inclusive of demolition of existing areas, renovation to existing structures as well as new construction. All proposals must demonstrate compliance with all aspects of North Carolina law and Henderson County policy, including e-verification, terms and conditions and other requirements. Henderson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the goods and services, for its intended use as allowed by law and further specifically reserves the right to make the award in the best interest of the County.
