Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a detention facility; for the demolition of a detention facility; for the renovation of a detention facility; for site work for a detention facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
This project is a phased project that will also include the Courthouse addition to be released at a later date. Scope of Work (Detention Phase): Detention Center addition and renovation work. The project is at an operational detention center and will require phasing to complete areas for transition of use. New Men's & Women's quarters will be added with fully precast cells. A new booking and Admin space along with added sally port additions to the facility. The renovation work includes up grading the existing Men's & Women's quarters as well as modification to the existing booking and admin spaces. As of December 4, 2025, this project is under construction.
