The Clark County School District, Contract Procurement and Compliance Services Dept., is soliciting Request for Proposals from firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for: Matt Kelly Elementary School School Replacement 1900 North J Street Las Vegas, Nevada 89106 Clark County School District Project The work consists of a new 82,500 square foot elementary school on the existing school site, demolition, abatement and replacement of the existing school buildings, hardscape, landscape and playground areas, removal of existing portables, demolition of existing wet and dry utilities, installation of new power feeds, new water and sewer connections and meters, new natural gas connections and meters. The budget for construction cost for the project is $26,923,000.00 The CCSD Contact is: Johny Corona, Project Manager The Architect is KME Architects, LLC All general contractors must be pre-qualified with the Clark County School District and possess a Certificate of Eligibility from the Nevada State Contractors Board prior to submitting the Request for Qualification. The CMAR will provide the required pre-construction and construction services. Preconstruction services shall include assisting the design team with constructability matters, construction cost, value engineering, fast track options and scheduling. The construction services shall include determining a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), procurement of all subcontractor contracts, and managing construction of the project. The anticipated CMAR Phases will be Preconstruction Phase Services, April 21, 2025- February 9, 2026 and Construction Services, June 1, 2026 - May 2, 2027.
