Remodeling of a medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility.
This project is located at 5755 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89142. Build out will take place in a space measuring approximately 15,852 square feet with the end result to be a new UMC Quick Care and Primary Care clinic location. The existing space is a former Fresh and Easy and indoor swap meet. The renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition and addition of walls and finishes with upgrades to the existing HVAC rooftop units. For full details, see the Instructions with Exhibit A (Scope of Work) via the Attachments tab of the respective bid on the NGEM system. OWNER aims to issue any necessary Addenda by close of business Monday, March 3, 2025. However, OWNER reserves the right to issue Addenda after said date. Responses will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website on or before Monday, March 10, 2025 at 11:00:00 a.m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website.
