Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and educational facility.

Project was cancelled. The Project consists of but not limited to a. The complete removal of the existing roof materials (shingle and EPDM), associated underlayments and metal flashings/roof edge, wet/deteriorated decking where indicated, gutter and downspouts, and complete replacement with new insulated shingle and PVC roof systems, flashings, and air-tight enclosed perimeter fascia and soffits. b. Masonry work to accommodate new through-wall and counter flashing at increased roof thicknesses. c. Temporary removal and replacement of miscellaneous electrical items. d. Temporary removal and raised reinstallation of mechanical exhausts, ducts, flues, and equipment including applicable power feeds, equipment. New equipment where indicated. e. Extension of roof plumbing venting f. Interior deck and ceiling work as related to base contract roof installation. g. Alternates include: Gutter and downspout heat trace and ice melt system Lightning protection system. Rain gardens. North Falmouth Elementary School is requesting the following scope: - Asphalt shingle roof replacement; - Associated gutters, downspouts, and underground drainage system; - New ADA-compliant asphalt and concrete pathways around the building; and - Associated new landscaping. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
