Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Hermann, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
City Hall Front Porch Demolition for the construction of the following: Demolition of the existing City Hall front porch roof structure (precast hollow-core structural panels), over framing and existing concrete porch. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, and to award the contract on that basis. Bid Envelope must state "City Hall Front Porch". Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total bid. Contractor shall be enrolled in and participate in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection with this project and Contractor cannot knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien in connection with the contracted services set forth above. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
