As of March 14, 2025 project was awarded to J3 Co, LLC in the amount of $488,454.25 THE WORK The Contractor shall perform all the work as required by this contract for: Road reclamation reconstruction of 1.7 to 2.3 miles of Bear Creek Road beginning at its intersection with Sheppard Rees Road and running west: traffic control for the duration of the project; remove and replace multiple culvert crossings; reclaim 4-6-inch depth existing seal coat surface and limestone/river gravel base, process, and compact to 95% standard proctor (or proof roll with no testing); place 3 inches of Type A, Grade 2, TxDOT Item 247 Flexible Base (3 inches compacted depth) processed, compacted, blade finished, and tested to 95% standard proctor (or proof rolled with no testing) as detailed in Section 090 “Description of Work” of the plans and specifications for this project. The County reserves the right to award any combination of the base bid items and/or additive alternates (i.e. bid items 1-16). The following are incorporated herein: a. General Provisions b.
