One (1) original, one (1) hard copy, and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive shall be submitted Clearly mark envelope "RFP 2025-23 - Chemical Treatment and Cooling Tower Maintenance Program" on the outside of the proposal envelope. Failure to do so may necessitate the premature opening of the proposal which may compromise its confidentiality.
