The work generally consists of the following improvements at the Lockport Town Hall: Contract 24- 1G, General Construction Improvements Base Bid: Selectively demolish existing mansard roof on two levels around the Town Hall. Replace with new EIFS façade. Provide new column supported canopy s at front and rear building entrances, tying into new façade. Provide new roof ladder to upper roof level. Replacement of storefront window and door systems. Replace punched window openings, lowering windowsill at a few locations. Provide walls and doors to create new flexible office spaces. Provide new flooring, ceilings, painting walls.
