Renovation of a municipal facility in Lockport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Installation of a new 10-inch PRV and chamber with associated connections, piping and appurtenances at the southeast corner of the intersection of Lake Avenue and Heather Drive. The installation of a new flush valve assembly located on the easterly side of Lake Avenue south of East Branch of Eighteenmile Creek. The existing PRV Pit located on the easterly side of Lake Avenue in front of the Niagara County Fairgrounds will be abandoned as part of this work. The Drawings. Specifications and Contract Documents under which the work is to be done are on file and may be examined at the office of Wendel WD Architecture, Engineering, Surveying & Landscape Architecture, P.C., 375 Essjay Road, Suite 200, Williamsville, New York 14221 and at the office of the Niagara County Water District Service Center. 2.1 Substantial Completion for all Work under this Contract shall be by Friday, May 23, 2025. 2.2 Final Completion for all Work under this Contract shall be Friday, May 30, 2025. Question Deadline 11/04/2024 at 1:00 PM ET Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing addressed to Shannon Westoven (swestoven@wendelcompanies.com) to be given consideration and must be received
