Renovation of a municipal facility in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of March 21, 2025, project was awarded to Jessup Home Design with awarded amount of $261,830.43** Lineage A Roof Repair & HVAC project Scope of Work generally consists of: Repair existing built up asphalt roof and associated penetrations. Provide new split system heat pumps, located on the roof, and new head units in the existing brewery space. Work also includes demolition of some HVAC components. This Request for Proposals is subject to the Prevailing Wage Laws of the State of Washington. Any bid you submit must reflect a rate not less than this amount. These bids may be reviewed for compliance during routine audits by the state examiner from the Washington State Auditor s office. The CDRPA reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with the Contractor for noncompliance with the Prevailing Wage Laws. The effective date of this proposal is the Bid Proposal due date listed above. The applicable prevailing wage rates for this project may be found on the Department of Labor and Industries website located Upon request the owner will mail a hard copy of the applicable prevailing wages for this project.
