Renovation of a multi-residential development in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
General Contractor to submit their qualifications to negotiate a contract for the rehabilitation of the Wenatchee II, Washington Square, and Heritage Glenn apartment complexes. The selected contractor will be working with the architect to discuss the design of the project to determine costs. Submittals will be accepted until March 12th 2025. Qualifications received after this time will not be considered. Submittals of Qualifications will thereafter be evaluated by CCWHA and ORFH, and successful candidates will be invited to bid. Submitted qualification information shall be considered privileged and confidential CCWHA has received $4,200,000 from USDA Rural Development to perform rehabilitation work across the three housing developments. A portion of this funding will be used on soft costs and other development project costs not directly related to the construction contract. RD is the only funder for this project. The breakdown of the RD funding is as follows: $1,360,000 for Wenatchee II 34 units - Built in 1987 1120 Ninth St., Wenatchee, WA 98801 823 Malaga Ave., Wenatchee, WA 98801 806 S Miller, Wenatchee, WA 98801 $1,440,000 for Washington Square 36 units -Built in 1984 125 S Western, Wenatchee, WA 98801 424 & 428 Okanogan Ave, Wenatchee, WA 98801 $1,400,000 for Heritage Glen 35 units- Built in 2001 665 3 rd St. NE, East Wenatchee, WA 98802
