Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

Includes construction of a new community park located at 1650 North Ostler Peak Road in Heber City, Utah. The project will include approximately 13,000 SF of 3" asphalt trails, approximately 9,000 SF of concrete flatwork, approximately 310 LF of concrete retaining wall, approximately 0.2-acre pond construction, and landscaping and irrigation improvements. The project also includes installation of equipment provided by Heber City, including playground equipment, playground surfacing, pavilion including picnic tables with seating, picnic shelters including picnic tables with seating, park benches, and trash cans. The supply and installation of solar powered trail lights, streetlight, pond aerator with diffusers, and electrical connection at the pavilion are also included in this project. A bid alternate is also included with this bid for recreational trail construction at Cove Park located at 1875 Valley Hills Blvd, Heber City, Utah. Work includes approximately 340 LF of asphalt trail, a concrete canal crossing and concrete canal improvements, drainage improvements, and other recreational trail features.
