**As of June 24, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** Site improvements and remodel of existing building at 2320 South 800 West, South Salt Lake Utah. The Utah Transit Authority ("UTA") is soliciting qualifications from interested construction firms and intends to contract with a Contractor to remodel the existing building and provide site improvements to the property located at 2320 South 800 West South Salt Lake Utah. Project may include additional tasks involving furnishing and installation of items such as furniture, owner provided items, A/C equipment, etc. which would be procured through either options or subsequent change orders contingent on availability of funds. The UTA project manager will be the day-to-day contact person for UTA, and act as the liaison between UTA and the Contractor with respect to the work. UTA's Project Manager shall also coordinate any design reviews, approvals, or other direction required from UTA with respect to the work. The project stakeholders are the UTA groups that will occupy the building when completed and the UTA facilities group that will be responsible to maintain the finished building and site. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. It is anticipated that the contract term will be 12 months or less from notice to proceed. Contractors shall verify if this period is reasonable and submit a schedule and narrative in the proposal to justify anything longer than 12 months. Contract Type RFP Fixed Firm Price.
