Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Salt Lake, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
062-2024-01 Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a Fire Suppression Systems Contractor (S370) to install a new fire protection system at 3115 Eldredge Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to: Provide complete Design/Build engineering services for design and installation of new fire sprinkler system in existing building, including calculations and drawings. Obtain approvals from Utah State Fire Marshal's Office. Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to install new fire suppression system per bid documents and engineered drawings. Bidders will be required to provide bid security in an amount equal to at least 5% of the bid amount, at the time the bid is submitted, if the total bid amount for any job is $50,000 or greater. Acceptable bid security shall be limited to: Project has been cancelled. Question Deadline 03/17/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal. All questions must be submitted via U3P/Bonfire. Questions submitted directly to Owner or Architect will not be answered until re-submitted through U3P/Bonfire.
